The Allgäuer Büble Bayrisch Hell is a golden yellow, shiny pale ale that delights with malty and spicy aromas of hazelnut. The first taste is dominated by malty, spicy flavours, accompanied by notes of forest honey and caramel as well as subtle hop impulses with a grassy note and sour apple and banana notes.
Despite slight metallic notes, the beer has a tangy body that combines spicy, slightly caramelised malt with tart fruit sweetness. The finish is bitter and spicy with a lingering malt flavour. A compact and even head rounds off this light-coloured speciality from the Allgäu Alps.
