Amundsen Double Apocalypse is a light-coloured, top-fermented India Pale Ale with an alcohol content of 8.5%. It is characterised by a fruity, juicy hop aroma and a moderate bitterness of 45 IBU, which is intensified by double dry hopping (DDH). The combination of oats, wheat and lactose gives the beer a soft texture, while the balanced flavour is defined by subtle sweetness and strong hop bitterness. Ideal at a drinking temperature of 10°C, it unfolds its flavours optimally.
