The first thing you notice about this clear beer is its straw-golden colour and fine-pored head. On the palate, it develops a fine honey-rose flavour and is pleasantly full-bodied.
Its fine malt body is noticeable, combined with a slightly superficial bitterness.
This beer goes well with a vegetable soup and can be combined with various salads, garnished with some chicken or even with seafood. Fish - especially blue trout - is wonderfully complemented or rounded off by this beer. The combination with a saffron risotto is particularly appealing.
