Baladin Leön is a deep brown beer with a hazelnut-colored, compact foam crown that lasts for a long time. Fruity notes reminiscent of compote cooked over a wood fire unfold on the nose, accompanied by subtle coffee aromas and hints of wood. As it warms, a full chocolate note develops, which combines on the palate with the roasted aroma of the grain. The 8.5% alcohol brings a pleasant warmth, while subtle hints of sour cherries soaked in alcohol round off the taste experience.
