Mosaic IPA is an India Pale Ale with an American influence. This bitter beer bears the same name as the hops used to brew it; Mosaic.
This hop gives the beer the bitterness and flavours of lychee and tropical fruit.
The Mosaic IPA won the prize for best beer at the Artisa'malt Festival 2017.
