The Brussels Beer Project Delta IPA is an exotic IPA with a tropical twist that shows Brussels from a whole new side. The aromatic hops give the beer intense notes of lychee and passion fruit, while the surprisingly thirst-quenching bitterness provides a fresh, open finish. The use of saison yeast brings a typical Belgian spiciness and a dry note that rounds off the IPA. Delta IPA was the first beer of the Brussels Beer Project and was created in 2013 through the co-creation of over 850 Brussels citizens who chose it over three other prototypes. As one of the first IPAs in Belgium, it has since secured a firm place in the Belgian beer scene and remains an absolute favorite to this day.
