Coopers Sparkling Ale is a traditional beer that has been brewed according to Thomas Cooper's original recipe since 1862. To this day, little has changed in the production process: The beer matures naturally in the bottle with the unique Coopers yeast. To enjoy the full flavour of this lively ale, the bottle should be rolled before pouring so that the yeast sediment mixes well. Coopers Sparkling Ale is free from additives and preservatives, which emphasises its unadulterated character and the authenticity of the beer.
