Brewed with Caramunich malts for flavour and Carafa mostly bright red colour
Hopped with Simcoe and Columbus pouring grapefruit and piney odour with some grape nuances. The mouthfeel is very smooth and dry.
Presents caramel notes from the grain on a firm base to allow the Simcoe hops to shine through.
