Foam like snow crowns the reddish-dark copper hue of the Winter Bock, which harmoniously combines the aroma of roasted almonds with a light gooseberry flavour. The body of the doppelbock is strong and has a pronounced and balanced bitterness in the aftertaste. The malt-accentuated flavour profile develops optimally at a drinking temperature of no less than 10 degrees Celsius.
