Description
Giesinger Erhellung is a naturally cloudy cellar beer from Munich's Giesinger Bräu brewery, which impresses with its strong bronze-coloured appearance and a stable, white head. This beer is characterised by a complex range of aromas: A light sulphur note on the nose, accompanied by fresh lemon zest and grassy accents, shows the complexity of the hops. The aroma of sweet marzipan, cereals and a hint of yeast make for a well-rounded olfactory experience. The first sip reveals an initial sweetness reminiscent of honey, followed by notes of baguette and dry grain. A tart citrus note from the hops provides a refreshing bitterness that is perfectly balanced by the mild carbon dioxide. The Giesinger Erhellung invites you to savour it and makes you want to enjoy another glass in a convivial atmosphere.
