The triple mash and double fermentation ignite a passionate fire in it. It offers a wonderfully broad, spicy-fruity flavour that unfolds best when enjoyed from a wine glass!
Tasting note
Chestnut brown with beige-coloured foam. The nose is reminiscent of banana bread, very ripe sugar melon, dried plums and dates. Intense and almost oily on the palate, with a fine effervescence. This is followed by herbaceous tartness, hints of mulberries and alcoholic warmth. The finish has a sour-sweet spiciness and a long malty aftertaste reminiscent of caramel and dried figs.
An exciting combination of intense maltiness and refreshing herbal flavours.
