The triple mash and double fermentation ignite a passionate fire within it. It offers a wonderfully broad, spicy-fruity aroma that unfolds best when enjoyed from a wine glass!
Tasting note
Chestnut brown with beige foam. On the nose, reminiscent of banana bread, very ripe sugar melon, dried plums, and dates. On the palate, then intense and almost oily, finely sparkling. This is followed by herbal bitterness, hints of mulberries, and alcoholic warmth. In the finish, a sour-sweet spiciness and a long malty aftertaste reminiscent of caramel and dried figs.
An exciting combination of intense maltiness and refreshing herbal aromatics.
