Balthasar, a festive beer for a special occasion. The template for this strong beer was a Rhenish Alt, but brewed like a Doppelbock. Very cozy, caramel-like, and smooth on the palate. The distinctive hop note in the finish is reminiscent of mandarins. This seasonal specialty is available from November to around February.
