Balthasar, a festive beer for special occasions. The template for this strong beer was a Rhenish Alt, but brewed like a Doppelbock. Very cosy, caramelly and smooth on the palate. In the finish, the distinctive hop flavour is reminiscent of mandarins. This seasonal speciality is available from November to around February.
