The Urban Ale is a light, very drinkable top-fermented beer. It has a slender malt body and a distinctive, yet not overpowering hop note in the finish. To allow the full aroma to develop, the drinking temperature should not be below 8°C. This beer pairs best with fish dishes or a tangy cheese.
