Urban Ale is a light, very drinkable top-fermented beer. It has a light malt body and a distinctive but not overpowering hop flavour in the finish. To allow the full flavour to develop, the drinking temperature should not be below 8°C. This beer goes best with fish dishes or a mature cheese.
