Insel Baltic Ale is a pale strong ale with an alcohol content of 8.5 %, which impresses with its wine-like dryness and fine tartness. The top-fermented brewing method gives it a spicy yeast aroma with flavours of green pepper and nutmeg, while the voluminous, fine-pored foam and warm golden hue round off its elegant appearance. With a moderate bitterness value (IBU 30), it offers a balanced flavour experience that goes particularly well with dishes such as beef, pork, fish or curry.
