The intense hop aroma is reminiscent of juicy melon, accompanied by a subtle hint of pepper. The flavour develops a spicy, wine-like dryness that ends in a peppery-tart finish. With a balanced IBU value of 30, it offers a harmonious balance of bitterness, sweetness and acidity. This top-fermented beer is an excellent accompaniment to dishes such as cheese fondue, turkey or beef.
