Insel Baltic Gose is a refreshing top-fermented beer with an alcohol content of 6.5%, which impresses with its golden yellow colour and a light, natural cloudiness. Gose is characterised by maritime, mineral notes accompanied by a hint of pear and quince. The flavour of the beer is soft and creamy with a fine but present acidity that ends in a dry finish. The low IBU value of 10 ensures a subtle bitterness, which makes the Gose particularly mild and refreshing. It is reminiscent of a wine-like flavour and offers a pleasant balance between acidity and sweetness.
