Rügen Island Brewery
Golden yellow to amber in colour. The Japanese hops give it a lovely aroma of coconut, lychee and lemongrass. Intensely fruity, dry and crisp and tart at the same time.
The brewery has been brewing rare beers from bottle maturation since 2015 - little-known, forgotten or self-created beer styles, natural, with natural hops and open fermentation. They are brewed on the island of Rügen, bottled and matured in the bottle using traditional methods in a maturation chamber. The natural wrapping paper ensures long-lasting freshness.
