Insel Tweet IPA is a fruity India Pale Ale from Germany with an alcohol content of 6.0%. The beer is characterised by a harmonious bitterness of 30 IBU and is recommended at a drinking temperature of 8 to 10°C. The hop varieties Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic, Sultana and Mandarina Bavaria give it a complex, tropical-fruity aroma that harmonises perfectly with the light sweetness of the added grape sugar. The flavour is lively and aromatic, making this IPA an excellent choice for enjoying with seafood, especially lobster.
