Iso-Kallan Groteski is a light smoked beer from Finland that impresses with its mild yet distinctive smoky flavour. With an alcohol content of 3.2% and a moderate bitterness of 29 IBU, it offers a light and refreshing drinking experience. Made from oak-smoked wheat malt, this top-fermented ale develops subtle smoky flavours reminiscent of traditional Grätzer beer, also known as Grodziskie or Lichtenhainer. Despite the smokiness, the Groteski remains pleasantly mild and is the perfect accompaniment to barbecued ribs.
