The very first KITCHEN BREW creation. KITCHEN BREW founder Fabian Ehinger once planned a brew in a partner brewery four times a year. In the years that followed, Cascade Amber Ale became the real driving force behind our beer project, right up to today's microbrewery. Regionally and throughout Switzerland.
A typical KITCHEN BREW that incorporates all of founder Fabian's ideas on how a new beer should taste, inspired by the North American craft beer world.
Despite all the other flavours, it is still an extraordinarily complex KITCHEN BREW. A new, bold and full-bodied interpretation of Central European amber-coloured beers in the North American style. Dark amber colour with a red hue. Present pleasant bitterness. Slightly malty sweetness and clear caramel notes, but still rather dry overall. Slight roasted notes. Fruity and spicy hop flavour.
