Kitchen Brew Cascade Amber Ale is the first creation of Kitchen Brew and the centerpiece of the entire beer project. Originally brewed four times a year by founder Fabian Ehinger in a partner brewery, this Amber Ale quickly became the driving force behind today's microbrewery – regionally rooted and appreciated throughout Switzerland. Inspired by the North American craft beer world, it combines all of Fabian's ideas about how a modern beer should taste. With its balanced flavor, the typical Kitchen Brew character, and a harmonious interplay of malt and hop notes, the Cascade Amber Ale stands for authentic brewing art and contemporary beer enjoyment.
