Krombacher Pils presents itself in a clear, golden yellow colour and forms a very consistent, white and fine-pored head. The nose reveals subtle hop aromas of lemon and freshly mown grass, accompanied by fine honey notes. The slightly sparkling first taste leads to a hop-based flavour reminiscent of grapefruit and lemon. Light cereal notes of fresh bread are added in the mid-palate. The well-integrated and clearly perceptible bitterness finishes slowly and persistently, making this pilsner a balanced and refreshing pleasure.
