Krombacher Pils presents itself in a clear, golden-yellow hue and forms a very stable, white, and fine-pored foam. On the nose, subtle hop aromas of lemon and freshly cut grass unfold, accompanied by delicate honey notes. The slightly sparkling initial taste leads to a hop-based flavor profile reminiscent of grapefruit and lemon. In the mid-palate, light cereal notes of fresh bread are added. The well-integrated and distinctly perceptible bitterness slowly and persistently fades out, making this pilsner a balanced and refreshing enjoyment.
