La Chouffe Big Chouffe is a Belgian, golden-coloured beer with a cloudy appearance and a dense, white head. It seduces with a fruity aroma of peach and apricot, complemented by a subtle hint of coriander and a delicate hop flavour. A pleasant sweetness develops on the palate, which fades into a slight bitterness. The fresh, dry finish is characterised by fruity and spicy notes, with the coriander and hop nuances harmonising wonderfully. This "goblin beer" is particularly popular in countries such as the Netherlands, France and Canada and goes perfectly with dishes such as asparagus, fennel, salmon and a variety of cheeses such as Beaufort Haut Alpage. A light, spicy beer for connoisseurs that is internationally recognised as a benchmark for beers with a special herbal note.
