La Chouffe Blanche is a Belgian wheat beer from Brasserie d’Achouffe, with an alcohol content of 6.5%. It is top-fermented, slightly unfiltered, and features a golden-yellow, slightly cloudy color with a dense white foam head. The taste is dominated by fresh citrus notes, orange peel, and a subtle spiciness from coriander; accompanied by warm, banana-like nuances. The bitterness is moderate (about 17-18 IBU), making the beer both refreshing and full of aroma. It pairs especially well with mussels, fish, seafood, light meats, or asparagus, but can also be enjoyed on its own on warm days.
