Our WEIZEN is a wonderfully fresh wheat beer that is brewed slightly darker than traditional Hefeweizen. The mixture of wheat and barley malts - fermented on top - gives the wheat beer its balanced character and strong colour. The high proportion of wheat malt together with the yeast gives it its unmistakably fruity flavour.
