Maisel & Friends Stefan's Indian Ale is a fruity India Pale Ale from Bavaria, brewed according to an English recipe. It has a cloudy orange-golden colour with a white head and exudes an intense aroma of forest honey, candied orange peel, dried apricots and a hint of alcohol. The flavour of the beer is initially fruity and sweet with notes of honey and bitter orange, followed by a floral and slightly resinous hop bitterness that leads to a dry finish. This top-fermented beer speciality, brewed with American bitter and aroma hops, is reminiscent of a wheat bock in taste and develops its aromas best at a drinking temperature of 8-10°C in a bulbous goblet.
