The flavour is direct and precise, with spicy yet dry notes that create a good balance. With a moderate bitterness (IBU 18) and an elegant finish, this beer is ideal to enjoy at a drinking temperature of 9°C. It goes particularly well with chicken dishes and its intense colour is reminiscent of the lush landscapes of Scotland.
