The Maryensztadt Mysterious IPA is a New England IPA that impresses with its cloudy, juicy and fruity interpretation of the classic IPA style. With an alcohol content of 6.5% and a drinking temperature of 11°C, this top-fermented beer unfolds its intense hop flavours, which focus primarily on tropical fruit and citrus notes. Thanks to the addition of hops both at the end of the boiling process and during the cold phase, the beer has a moderate bitterness combined with a rich, fruity flavour that is typical of American hop varieties.
