Insel Meerjungfrau is a spontaneously fermented beer from Germany with an alcohol content of 5.6%. It has a pale yellow colour and is crowned with an impressive head. The elegant fruit acidity on the nose is accompanied by a refreshingly sparkling, fruity flavour reminiscent of a very dry cider. This beer is particularly light and refreshing, ideal for enjoying with reception snacks, oysters, artichokes or avocado. It has received several awards, including Germany Winner at the World Beer Awards 2016 and Platinum at Meininger's International Beer Award 2017.
