An imposing mountain massif towers high above the Muotathal - the Heubrig. Up there, a unique beer ingredient is harvested with great respect for nature, purely by hand and in very "gäächem" (steep) terrain: Tasty, flavoursome wild hay. This gives the beer its unmistakable, aromatic flavour! The name "Gääch" also stands for the Muotathal origin and the extreme conditions under which this exceptional raw material is obtained.
The beer is brewed and marketed by the Rosengarten brewery in collaboration with the "Muätitaler Biär" association. In the innovative and down-to-earth family business from Einsiedeln, the Muotathalers have found the ideal partner for their beer. The "Gääch" is already available in stores. And if not, just ask for it!
