Founded by the O'Hara family in 1996 and still family owned and operated today, Carlow Brewing Company also known as O'Hara's Brewery, is located in the heart of Ireland's traditional malt and hop growing "Barrow Valley" region, which has strong historical links to the Irish brewing industry. Pioneers of the Irish craft brew renaissance, the O'Hara's Brewery team are set on returning Ireland's brewing landscape back to flavoursome beer. Brewing is our heritage and we brew to preserve that heritage.
