Our AYPIEY beer is an IPA brewed with lots of malt and hops. This beer uses the very aromatic Cascade hops, which are characterised by intense grapefruit and citrus flavours. The hop cones are added to the maturing cold beer, which brings essential oils into the beer and thus intensifies the flavour. The organic quality of the hops is guaranteed by our hop farmer Ackermann in Wolfwil, Canton Solothurn.
