Our beer AYPIEY is an IPA brewed with plenty of malt and hops. This beer uses the very aromatic Cascade hops, which impress with intense grapefruit and citrus aromas. The hop cones are added to the maturing cold beer, bringing essential oils into the beer and thus enhancing the aroma. The organic quality of the hops is ensured by our hop grower Ackermann in Wolfwil, Canton Solothurn.
