Paceña is a Bolivian beer brewed in La Paz, hence the name, which means La Paz.
The beer is produced by CBN (Cervecería Boliviana Nacional S.A.), a company founded in 1877 that controls 80% of the Bolivian beer market. Paceña is brewed at about 3600 meters above sea level with purified water from the Andes.
Paceña is one of several beer brands that make up Caboface, the Bolivian beer union.
