It is produced using the so-called "integral process," in which the beer retains its original flavors and opaque color without filtration. With its aromatic grain notes and a pleasant freshness, it offers a genuine, unadulterated beer experience. Like all Peroni products, it is brewed 100% from Italian malt, which has been traceable via blockchain technology since 2021 to ensure transparency and quality in the supply chain.
