Peroni Non Filtrata is an unfiltered lager that is characterised by its natural cloudiness and full-bodied, authentic flavour. It is produced using the so-called "integral process", in which the beer retains its original aromas and opaque colour without filtration. With its aromatic cereal notes and pleasant freshness, it offers a genuine, unadulterated beer experience. Like all Peroni products, it is brewed from 100% Italian malt, which has been traceable via blockchain technology since 2021 to guarantee transparency and quality in the supply chain.
