Rothaus Tannenzäpfle Alkoholfrei boasts a full-bodied beer flavour that is retained despite the dealcoholisation process. This is achieved through a special process in which the alcohol is extracted using steam under vacuum. The flavours are then gently recovered so that the taste of the beer is fully preserved. To guarantee this quality, the master brewers from the Black Forest travelled all the way to Australia to find a plant that would meet their high standards. The result is a non-alcoholic beer that offers the full flavour of a classic Tannenzäpfle.
