Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Weizen is a naturally cloudy wheat beer with a delicate smoky flavour. It is brewed from a mixture of barley and wheat malt, whereby the barley malt comes from the in-house malthouse and is a special smoked malt. The beer contains fine top-fermenting yeast and is offered as an original bottle-fermented beer. The subtle smoky flavour harmonises perfectly with the fruity notes of the wheat beer and offers a unique taste experience.
