Schützengarten Gallus 612 Old Style Ale is a characterful and natural beer brewed with the finest aromatic emerald hops and flavoured with juniper. Fermentation takes place with original top-fermenting ale yeast and maturation on oak wood gives the beer the finishing touch. The ale has a creamy, light brown head and reveals a variety of aromas on the nose, including a slight hint of caramel. In the mouth, it impresses with a harmonious combination of roasted and fruity flavours such as banana, accompanied by fine juniper and subtle oak barrel notes. A full-bodied flavour experience that combines tradition and craftsmanship.
