TIJ Wit is a pale yellow, slightly cloudy wheat beer that has a particularly dense, light orange reflection due to the considerable amount of wheat. It impresses with a very beautiful and long-lasting head. The aroma is varied and pleasing: citrus notes, especially lemon, mingle with flavours of coriander, banana, spices and a light yeast note. The flavour of the beer is quite dry and yeasty. The varying bitterness is accompanied by fruity nuances, which are harmoniously rounded off by a subtle almond flavour.
