TIJ Wit is a pale yellow, slightly cloudy wheat beer that, due to the considerable amount of wheat, exhibits a particularly dense, light orange reflection. It impresses with a very nice and long-lasting foam. The aroma is versatile and pleasant: citrus notes, especially lemon, blend with aromas of coriander, banana, spices, and a light yeast note. In taste, the beer is quite dry and yeast-forward. The changing bitterness is accompanied by fruity nuances, harmoniously rounded off by a subtle almond flavor. A complex and refreshing wheat beer that delights both beginners and connoisseurs.
