The taste is tropical-fruity with notes of citrus and stone fruit, accompanied by a gentle bitterness. After several refinements at the To Øl City Brewery, the recipe was adjusted to create a balanced, aromatically intense India Pale Ale with additional dry hopping using Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe.
