Vaat Witty Nelson Wit is a refreshing Witbier from Estonia that impresses with its light, tangy texture and fine flavours. With an alcohol content of 5.5%, it offers a pleasant drinking experience. The top-fermented beer has the typical style of a Witbier with delicate notes of spices and citrus fruits. It is ideal with light dishes such as sushi, mild fish dishes, poultry stews and fruity desserts such as fruit sorbet or fruit cake. The flavour develops best at a serving temperature of 7°C and it is ideally served in a Bordeaux glass to bring out the full aromas.
