Valaisanne White IPA is a unique combination of two beer styles - wheat beer and India Pale Ale. The yeast comes from the wheat beer, which contributes pleasant notes of banana and clove, while the fruity aroma hops Cascade, Citra and Simcoe from the India Pale Ale were used for the dry hopping. This harmonious combination was inspired by the two different regions of Valais, the Upper and Lower Valais, which together form the unique Valais. The White IPA is just as unique, combining the best characteristics of both beer styles in a refreshing and flavoursome beer.
