The Valaisanne White IPA is a unique combination of two beer styles – wheat beer and India Pale Ale. The yeast comes from the wheat beer, contributing pleasant notes of banana and clove, while the fruity aroma hops Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe from the India Pale Ale were used for dry hopping. This harmonious blend was inspired by the two distinct regions of Valais, Upper and Lower Valais, which together form the unique Valais. Equally unique is the White IPA, which combines the best qualities of both beer styles in a refreshing and aromatic beer.
