Biale is a Belgian-style Witbier.
It is lemon yellow in colour and only slightly cloudy with a little fine, unstable foam. It smells wonderfully of citrus, especially orange, and coriander is also recognisable. The first sip is well rounded and highly fermented in keeping with the type. The flavour is also citrusy and fruity with a spicy coriander note. In the finish, you can taste the bitter orange peel, which wonderfully replaces the missing hops. A very refreshing Witbeer.
