The Biale is a witbier modeled after the Belgian style.
It is lemon yellow and only slightly cloudy with a little fine unstable foam. It smells wonderfully of citrus, especially orange, and coriander is also noticeable. The initial taste is well conditioned and characteristically highly fermented. The flavor is also citrusy fruity as well as spicy with coriander. In the finish, you can taste the bitter orange peels, which wonderfully replace the missing hops. A very refreshing witbier.
