Celia is a genuine Czech craft pilsner - gluten-free and vegan.
Produced in the Bohemian town of Žatec, where the famous Žatec hops have been grown since 1004, it epitomises modern Czech craft beer culture. In a 14-day open fermentation process, a characteristic pilsner is created from regional ingredients from which the gluten is then removed.
The Saaz hops are responsible for a delicate bitter note and citrus fruit flavours. The finish is crisp, refreshing and impresses with tart notes. Celia goes perfectly with grilled meat, herb-crusted chicken or subtle fish dishes.
