Brugse Zot Blond from Brouwerij De Halve Maan is a Belgian pale ale known for its fresh and balanced flavours. With its light blonde colour and rich head, this top-fermented beer offers a fruity and spicy aroma that characterises the first impression. The flavour has a light citrus note accompanied by a pleasant bitterness. With an alcohol content of 6% and a moderate bitterness (IBU 23), it remains refreshing and complex at the same time, ideally served at a drinking temperature of 6°C. A perfect example of Belgian brewing with a balanced mix of fruitiness and bitterness.
