Judas Blond is a top-fermented beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle, which is characterised by its ochre-blonde colour, bittersweet taste and soft, full-bodied character. Brewed according to artisan principles, Judas uses only the best barley and selected Bohemian hops. This heavy, blonde beer undergoes a second fermentation and long maturation in the bottle, giving it a rich body and round flavour.
