India Pale Ale (IPA)

What do monkeys and wheat beer have in common? Both have a preference for bananas... While the monkeys eat whole fruit, the wheat beer is content with the flavours of the banana.
Naturally, no bananas are used for the 3 Weiss Monkeys. The fine flavours are created during the fermentation of the wheat malt, which is also the basis for the drinkable body. And because London Fields has always been a bit crazy, the wheat beer was married with an IPA. The result is a white IPA with classic clove and banana flavours followed by a crisp, lemony finish.
