Störtebeker Baltik Lager is a natural, bottom-fermented Märzen beer with an original gravity of 13.2 % and an alcohol content of 5.5 % vol. The Märzen beer style is characterised by a strong malt body and gentle hop notes, which gives the beer a full-bodied yet drinkable character. Originally brewed in March to keep over the summer, this lager offers a perfect balance between malty sweetness and slight bitterness. It develops its flavours best at a drinking temperature of 10°C and is ideal with savoury dishes or as a refreshing drink on warmer days.
